Quotes (Phase 4)

  Sometimes we are reluctant to recognize the end of an era, the conception of a  generation, and the birth of new things. Sometimes new seasons could mean new  environments, and new people. But because of uncertainty and lack of clarity we shut  certain doors and stick with what is familiar. I used to hold on to my rugged toys as a child... Even when my father tried to discard  them. I'd rather patch them than embrace the new toys he'd promised because I wasn't  sure I'd like them. However, my father always knew how to please me. He knew what I  liked, and I soon learnt how to let go. All toys are not the same, but they all bring pleasure and comfort. My father may have  replaced my doll with a teddy, I may not have been able to sew skirts for my teddy, but  its softness could bring a unique comfort when I slept. Sometimes we inhabit water and fire, to stay lukewarm because of the instability of  change.  But can fire burn on flowi...
