Chpt 1 (Pg13)

The Lord Jesus is gone, but He wants us where He is, and He wants to be in us. Where are we? In Christ. We have a mandate: to do what? To study His glory. As we behold His glory, we become the same glory, because He gives us His glory.

There are many Christians all over the world, but not many disciples of Christ. This book is sent by the Lord Jesus to give truth, insight, and knowledge of Him, so He can be at work in many more Christians. He loves us and wants to be one with us. We can only attain this by His truth—the truth His Father gave Him, the truth our Father has given us. Would you receive it?

This is a call to fellowship. Deep calling unto deep; He’s never left us. Call unto Jesus, and He’d show up.

John 3:20 (NLT)

Look! I stand at the door and knock. If you hear My voice and open the door, I will come in, and we will share a meal together as friends."

How do you invite Him in?

When the Lord comes in, He starts to work with you. He gives you assignments, instructions, then tells you how to accomplish them, encouraging you and walking with you side by side. He offers you friendship, comradeship, companionship, and support.

He imparts you with grace and glory, helps you stay focused on your tracks, and doesn’t let you relent. He tells you the truth: the journey is tough, but He doesn’t give occasion to discouragement. When you cast your yoke on Him, He shows you how to carry your cross, but then He doesn’t let you carry it by yourself. He’s at the other end of the cross.

He washes your feet and anoints them. He shares wisdom and knowledge; you are never confused or in derision. He is your compass. The Holy Spirit at work in you, the Lord right beside you. Walking with the Lord Jesus is the hardest of the Trinity. It is the Holy Spirit who trains you to walk with Him, yet He is compassionate and relatable, because He has experienced humanity.

The Lord Jesus teaches you how to bear fruits; He aids your productivity. He is the Master Soul Winner.
