Where you are, are you growing? Are you prosperous? God's word invokes prosperity round about. It erupts bounteous blessings! Divine and earthly favor!
Stagnation and retrogression are of the devil.
God's word causes you to flourish.
What did The Lord Jesus say to Simon Peter? He said "Feed my sheep!" What does food do? It nourishes you and makes you grow!
Oh! I flourish like the Cedars of Lebanon. That is why the scriptures say, "By their fruits you shall know them." A fruit is a product of the whole tree, what does the tree eat? A tree by the river bank bears robust fruits. The leaves are ever green.
Jesus our Lord is the living water; there's no dryness! Drink and be filled! Drink of him and you shall never thirst again!
When we bear fruits, we are pruned for the master's use so we can bear more fruits. But any tree that doesn't bear fruits would be cut down, why? Because there is a resistance to the word of God. The Lord Jesus talked about four types of seeds. The seeds that fell by the way side, the seeds that fell amongst thorns, the seeds that fell on hard ground, and the seeds that fell on good soil.
Anyone who's neither hot nor cold would be tossed aside. Anyone whose heart is hardened would be cast aside.
2 Peter 1:3-9(KJV)
"3.According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: 4.Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. 5.And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;
6.And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; 7.And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. 8.For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.
9.But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins."
These virtues are fruits of the HolySpirit that would stream from you. When you are yielded to the ministry of the HolySpirit, you automatically synchronize with him and start bearing fruits.
