Mesomorphy (Mesomorphic Body Type)
A mesomorph is one of the three basic body types (somatotypes).
People with a mesomorphic body type naturally have a strong,
muscular, and athletic build.
They have broad shoulders, a narrow waist, well-developed muscles, and a
medium-sized bone structure. Mesomorphs usually gain muscle easily and
can lose or gain weight more quickly than other body types.
Because of their naturally athletic physique, mesomorphs often perform well in
sports and physical activities. However, they still need regular exercise and a
balanced diet to maintain their fitness and overall health.
