"Mad Kings wage war.
Calm Kings forge alliances."
The Beauty of Rage 🫥
Rage reveals hidden strength. It invokes courage: courage to stand, courage to make a fight, and courage to win a fight.
Rage causes one to take steps they never deemed necessary. Needless to say, it is a double-edged sword.

Understanding Anger: The Hidden Flame 🔥 🤬
Anger is one of the most misunderstood emotions. Often labeled as negative, it is, in truth, a natural and necessary human response. Anger signals that something within us or around us needs attention; perhaps a boundary crossed, a need unmet, or an injustice endured. Like fire, it can warm or burn, depending on how it’s handled.
Everyone experiences anger. It may appear as irritation, frustration, resentment, or even silence. Beneath it, however, often lies pain, fear, or disappointment. Many people use anger as a mask/shield to hide their vulnerability or sadness. Recognizing this hidden layer is the first step to mastering anger rather than being mastered by it.
Uncontrolled anger can be destructive. It clouds judgment, strains relationships, and can lead to regretful actions or words. But when understood and managed properly, anger can become a tool for growth. It can drive us to seek justice, make changes, or communicate boundaries with strength and clarity.
Managing anger begins with awareness. Taking a moment to pause, breathe, and reflect before reacting can make a world of difference. Expressing anger calmly and honestly, rather than suppressing or exploding, allows resolution instead of resentment.
Anger is not the enemy; ignorance of it is. When we learn to listen to what our anger is trying to tell us, we gain control over our emotions instead of letting them control us. True maturity is not in never feeling angry, but in choosing how to respond when we do.

Anger: The Fire Within
Anger is powerful energy; it can destroy or rebuild, depending on how it’s used. When controlled, it becomes a force for justice and growth. When uncontrolled, it breeds regret and division. The goal is not to extinguish the fire but to master it.

Anger Management
The very thing you give power over you is the very thing that controls you. Emotional intelligence is fundamental when navigating life. How well do you manage your emotions? Not necessarily avoidance, neglect, or denial, but momentary silence. Always communicate your expectations and disappointment, but not to the wrong ears at the wrong moments.
Anger could feel like an avalanche screwed to your chest. How does one manage such a situation?
Silence isn’t always the best solution, but understanding is. (Prudence over prejudice). Why is that party recruiting your fury? Is it a willful act? Is it based on his thinking processes? Or is it based on ignorance? Needless to say, whatever the outcome, he’s directly or indirectly persuading your wrath for a beauty pageant to walk the runway.
Would you oblige? Sometimes, falling prey to such inviting snares is a necessary evil.
Nevertheless, your expression of anger should never exceed the leash. Everyone gets angry, but there should be a climax for everything.
