Sports participation irrefutably has it's Pros and Cons. The benefits however outweigh the discredits... Sports are an essential part in order for man to be holistic. Below are the primary benefits of Sports.

Fitness isn't necessarily being slim. An individual can be slim and unfit. However, active participation in sports enable fitness in all body categories.
