Three necessities to withstand Tribulation:
Focus.
Resilience.
Consistency.
Focus: Focus is the ability to keep your attention fixated on a task or object.
Focus is the bedrock of creativity. It is the foundation of every idea.
It's easy to get distracted, it's easy to get discouraged or enticed. Focus is a decision, it's a choice. You choose to be focused, or you choose to deviate.
As a man thinks, so is he.
When your thoughts are centered on focus and determination, you receive the ability to refuse distractions.

Learn to say "no."
"I can't come."
"I can't give you my time."
"I can't do what you want me to do."
