Weight Gain Dietary Plan For Both Adults And Teenagers 




 HEALTHY WEIGHT GAIN PRINCIPLES (Important)

Eat 3 main meals + 2–3 snacks daily

Add healthy fats (groundnut oil, palm oil in moderation, avocado, coconut)

Include protein in every meal

Drink water, but not too much right before meals

Combine with light strength exercises (optional but helpful)
