CHAPTER NINETEEN: THE GRACE OF GOD

 

1 Corinthians 1:26-31 KJV

"[26] For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the

 flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called: [27] but God hath chosen

 the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the

 weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;


[28] and base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God

 chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: [29]

 that no flesh should glory in his presence. [30] But of him are ye in Christ Jesus,

 who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and

 redemption: [31] that, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory

 in the Lord."



When God calls a man, He doesn't qualify him on the standards of men. The

 chosen ones are very unassuming, very unpredictable, very strange, and

 most times, their calling leaves people wondering.



This makes it difficult for these chosen ones to demonstrate their ministries

 because no one saw it coming. That's where grace starts to function.



The grace of God through our Lord Jesus Christ.


Romans 8:31-39 KJV

"[31] What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be

 against us? [32] He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us

 all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? [33] Who shall lay

 any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.


[34] Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen

 again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for

 us.


[35] Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or

 distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? [36] As it

 is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; We are accounted as

 sheep for the slaughter. [37] Nay, in all these things we are more than

 conquerors through him that loved us. [38] For I am persuaded, that neither

 death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present,

 nor things to come, [39] nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall

 be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."




Grace helps you function. Grace aligns you with circumstances, people,

 resources, and materials. Grace makes you a new creation with a different

 perception.



It doesn't matter where He has brought you from, what matters is where God

 is taking you.



The journey is humongous on foresight, but when you see with the eyes of the

 Spirit, the crooked paths are made straight.



This grace causes you to soar. It elevates you and projects you into greater

 heights.



For every new realm and dimension, for every task and assignment, you need

 grace.


Say it:


"I function with the grace of our Lord Jesus."


"I have grace. Grace to excel, to function, and to bear everlasting fruits in

 righteousness."


"I have the grace to supplant and to build."


"I have grace for every good work."



2 Corinthians 9:8 KJV

"[8] And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always

 having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:"



A Prayer For You


May God cause you to soar on the wings of the Spirit of God. May grace open

 doors for you.

May the grace for speed and divine favor be at work in all you do. May the

 grace of God never depart from you in Jesus' name, Amen.
